We had an issue generating reports using the Operator Client software.  Dragos from your Support department responded very quickly and was able to trouble shoot the issue using Gomeeting which in minutes.  Great results and great customer service!  Job well done.

Eric, we continue to be very happy as well.  V6 seems to have ironed out any non-essential glitches and full reporting is back to being excellent.
