I wonder if there are any addons for SightMax that can add extra functionality?
Something that can give more information on visitors. Perhaps associating a visitor's ip address to the ip space of a company, similar to some of the "visitor intelligence" type services we see on the web?
Perhaps popping up a chat invitation if they spend more than X minutes on a specific page (like a purchase page).
I look forward to hearing about any addons you may know of.

Hi David,
Our business rules in 6.0 and above provides the ability to invite visitors based on 19 different triggers. So, if a person is on a page for any defined amount of time, you could trigger an invite, or custom text invite.
Our open Soap architecture certainly provides the ability to write most any type of plugin, I think developers are working on some add-ons that hopefully will debut soon.
