3.0 Chat Transfer Notification

When transferring a chat to another operator no notification is given to the recipient operator that the chat is being transferred to them. In menu Tools -> Options we have Audio, Window and Flash notifications checked. We do receive the notifications running our previous 2.2 version.

Please have the them user having the issue reinstall the SightMax Operator.  This is not a known issue, and I am not able ot recreate this issue with a fresh install of the SightMax Operator 3.0.

Sorry for the delay in follow up. What we found is if the chat is already highlighted then it will not flash but if it is not highlighted then it will flash as expected. This behavior is acceptable to us. Thanks.
