We've been running SightMax for over a year and for the most part it has done well. But lately we're getting more and more complaints from our Call Center that SightMax Operator is taking a long time to connect to the server and frequently locks up.
This is over 5-7 different PCs of various age and performance. All running Windows NT or XP.
Any suggestions as to where we might look?
