We've been running SightMax for over a year and for the most part it has done well.   But lately we're getting more and more complaints from our Call Center that SightMax Operator is taking a long time to connect to the server and frequently locks up. 

This is over 5-7 different PCs of various age and performance.  All running Windows NT or XP.   

Any suggestions as to where we might look?

What version? Is it the same version of SightMax that has been running well during the previous time? You should probably submit a ticket so we can get more details. Thanks. Eric Weber
