Customize the Welcome message

Hi, Does anyone can help me customize de welcome message that is displayed in the chat textbox right under the "Powered by SightMax" label?

This message is a default that says: "Welcome to <my site name>, <operator name> will be right with you."

Marco, for right now, the Welcome to and will be right with you are hardcoded.  SightMax v3 has those as custom strings that you can modify.  There are about 5 places that are hardcoded and that is one of them.  Fortunately, a solution is coming in the near future.
